The Swedish Invasion

The Swedes are invading! I've noticed many Swedish bands making seriously catchy music. The first band to really break big here in the USA (besides ABBA back in the day) was Peter, Bjorn and John . Last year their song Young Folks was a big summer hit. Then came other bands such as Suburban Kids With Biblical Names. Now, we have the group Oh Laura. They were originally called just Laura but somebody else (WFPK's own Laura Shine?!) already had rights to the name. Oh Laura is led by singer Freda Ohrn. Their debut CD is avaiable on the Cosmos Records label.
