This Saturday's Louisville Orchestra concert will include Dvorak's Symphony No. 9 "From the New World" and this concerto from the "old world," though written between 2011 and 2012, by Oscar Navarro. I'll be giving the pre-concert talk at 7pm (Brown Theater), where we'll hear excerpts from the concerto and talk with Saturday's conductor Rossen Milanov.
